Q: Poor ink production (broken line/blur)


Answer: Replace a new cartridge  

Check the cartridge nozzle for blockage and wipe the cartridge nozzle with a paper towel  

Check whether the cables of the backplane are loose  

Replace a new cartridge  

Switch the positions of the two ink cartridges to check whether the ink is not good at the same position. If the ink is not good at the same position, it may be the side plate/back plate/short line. If the ink is not good at the same position, replace the new ink cartridge
